After every appointment you get a written summary of what we found and what happens next.

Ask when you book and we will arrange an ASL interpreter, at no cost to you.

No. You can book a hearing test directly. Some insurance plans need a referral to cover hearing aids, and we will tell you when you book if yours does.
Yes. You can book online, send us a text or email us. We confirm every appointment in writing, and you never need to make a phone call to book, change or cancel.
Yes. There is a hearing loop at reception and in every consultation room. Switch your hearing aid or cochlear implant to the T setting to use it. We can also write things down, use live captions or book a sign language interpreter.
Yes. The clinic has a step-free entrance, ground-floor rooms, an accessible restroom and two accessible parking spaces. Tell us if you need anything else when you book.
About 60 minutes, including time to go through your results. You leave with a written copy.
It depends on your plan. Many plans cover hearing tests, and some cover part of the cost of hearing aids. We check your cover before your visit and tell you in writing what you will pay.
