Sudden hearing loss can be a medical emergency. Contact your doctor today, or book an urgent appointment with us online, by text or by email. If we are closed, go to urgent care or an emergency room.

Opening hours
Monday to Friday: 7am to 7pm
Thursday: open late until 8pm
Saturday: 8am to 12pm
Sunday: closed
We are closed on public holidays. If your hearing changes suddenly while we are closed, go to urgent care or an emergency room. For a medical emergency, call or text 911.

By public transport
Bus routes 12 and 40 stop at Market Street and 3rd Avenue, about 100 meters from the clinic. Springfield Central train station is a 10-minute walk away.
Parking
Free parking in the lot behind the building, with two accessible spaces next to the entrance. Street parking on Market Street is limited to 2 hours.
Step-free route
From the parking lot and the bus stop, the path to our entrance is level and paved, with curb cuts at every crossing. Ring the bell by the door if you need help getting in.
