Prices are per visit. Before any service starts, we tell you how many visits you are likely to need and the total cost.
Prices by service
Paying for hearing aids
Hearing aids are a big purchase, so we offer ways to spread the cost.
0% financing
Pay for your hearing aids in 12 monthly payments with no interest, subject to approval. Fitting and follow-up visits are included.
Longer payment plans
Plans of 24 or 36 months are also available. We show you the monthly amount and the total cost in writing before you sign anything.
Trial and warranty
Every pair of hearing aids comes with a 60-day trial and a 3-year warranty. If you return them during the trial, you get a full refund minus a $150 fitting fee.
Insurance we accept
Most major private health plans. We check your cover before your first appointment.
Medicare Part B for diagnostic hearing tests
Workers’ compensation for work-related hearing loss
Medicare Advantage plans that include hearing aid benefits
If we are out of network for your plan, we give you an itemized receipt that you can send to your insurer to claim back.

You pay at the end of each visit. We never charge your card without telling you first.
Cancellation policy
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice online, by text or by email if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.
Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at 50% of the visit price. We do not charge this fee if you are ill, have an emergency or the clinic closes because of bad weather.
